The App, including its AI technology, algorithms, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Images generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence and are for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or resemblance to actual genetic outcomes. You own the generated images but acknowledge they are created using our proprietary technology.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Some features of the App may require a subscription or one-time purchase. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Refund policies are governed by the App Store or Play Store terms. Please contact the respective app store for refund requests.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
